Salmon Lasagna

A delicious first course, perfect for festive days, yet easy to prepare. Salmon lasagna is truly an irresistible dish that can also accompany you on evenings with friends!

HOW TO PREPARE SALMON LASAGNA

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 250 g of Rossi fresh lasagna pasta
  • 400 g of smoked salmon
  • Parsley, to taste

For the béchamel:

  • 600 ml of milk
  • 70 g of all-purpose flour
  • 70 g of butter
  • A pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. For the béchamel, gently melt the butter in a small saucepan.
  2. Remove from the heat, add the flour, and stir with a spoon or whisk to form the so-called roux.
  3. Return the roux to the heat and gradually pour in the hot milk, stirring until fully absorbed. Season with salt and let the béchamel thicken for a few minutes.
  4. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the lasagna sheets two or three at a time.
  5. Drain them very al dente and place them on a clean kitchen towel.
  6. Cut 50 g of smoked salmon into strips and mix it into the béchamel along with the chopped parsley.
  7. In a baking dish, alternate the following layers: béchamel, lasagna sheets, salmon, and so on until all the ingredients are used.
  8. Place the baking dish in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 25 minutes.
Serve your salmon lasagna immediately!
