Lemon tagliatelle

Here is a savory, fresh dish designed as a summer alternative to tagliatelle with meat sauce. Lemon tagliatelle is a recipe that is easy to prepare, inexpensive, and very tasty at the same time. In short, it is the ideal solution for an improvised dinner or a quick lunch.

HOW TO PREPARE LEMON TAGLIATELLE

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 2 packs of Rossi Fresh Pasta Tagliatelle Emiliane
  • 3 organic (untreated) lemons
  • 30 g of butter
  • 60 g of fresh cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. To begin, bring a pot of water to a boil. Once it has reached a boil, add salt.
  2. In a pan, melt the butter gently and add the grated zest of two organic lemons.
  3. Allow to flavor for a few minutes, then add the liquid cream.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and, while stirring, heat the cream over very low heat.
  5. At this point, drop the Tagliatelle Emiliane into the boiling water.
  6. Drain them al dente, then sauté them in the lemon and cream sauce.
  7. Place the pasta on a serving platter and finish with the grated zest of the third lemon.
  8. Serve your lemon tagliatelle immediately.
