HOW TO PREPARE TRUFFLE PASSATELLI
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 2 packs of Parmigiano Reggiano passatelli
- 70 g of butter
- Seasonal truffle
Preparation
- Clean the truffle: gently remove the dirt without washing it.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Melt the butter over medium heat in a large skillet.
- Drop the passatelli into the pot and cook them for 1 minute.
- Using a slotted spoon, drain the passatelli and transfer them to the skillet with the butter.
- Toss evenly, plate, and finish with a generous grating of truffle.
