Tortellini with cream

Loved and hated, tortellini with cream are now part of our culinary heritage. A quick, tasty, and hearty recipe. Try making it with Modena tortellini – Pasta Fresca Rossi!

HOW TO MAKE TORTELLINI WITH CREAM

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 2 packages of Modena tortellini
  • Meat broth
  • 100 ml of fresh cream
  • 2–3 tablespoons of grated Parmigiano Reggiano

Preparation

  1. Bring the broth to a boil.
  2. Meanwhile, using a whisk, prepare a light Parmesan cream with the grated cheese and 2 tablespoons of hot broth.
  3. Mix the cream you just made with the fresh cream.
  4. Cook the tortellini for 2 minutes. Gently drain them with a slotted spoon and transfer them to a stainless steel bowl. Gently toss with the cream and Parmesan mixture.
