Rossi Fresh Pasta Truffle Ravioli are perfect for those who love to be surprised by the intense flavor of black truffle flakes, paired with a creamy blend of porcini and champignon mushrooms. All of this is wrapped in a bronze-extruded pasta sheet lightly dusted with wholemeal flour, giving it a rustic, wild-forest touch.

Ingredients – Pasta: soft WHEAT flour, EGGS 11%, durum WHEAT semolina, whole wheat soft WHEAT flour. Filling: ricotta (MILK whey, MILK cream, salt), cheese (contains MILK), mushroom preparation (cultivated champignons (Agaricus bisporus), potatoes, sunflower oil, porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis), starches, parsley, spices), Parmigiano Reggiano PDO (MILK, salt, rennet), breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT flour, salt), salt, black truffle 0.3%, flavorings.

May contain traces of: ALMONDS, PISTACHIOS, SESAME, SOY, MUSTARD, CELERY

Store in the refrigerator at +4°C and consume within 3 days of opening.
