Our Passatelli come from the great Emilia-Romagna tradition and are made exactly according to the original recipe: Parmigiano Reggiano PDO, breadcrumbs, eggs, salt, and a pinch of nutmeg. The dough is then bronze-die extruded, giving it the right porosity to pair perfectly with broth or served dry with other ingredients.

Ingredients – EGGS, breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT flour, salt), Parmigiano Reggiano PDO 27% (MILK, salt, rennet), soft WHEAT flour, salt, nutmeg.

May contain traces of: nuts (almonds, pistachios), sesame seeds, soy, mustard, celery.

Use by: see date indicated on the edge of the package. Store refrigerated and consume within 3 days after opening. Do not pierce the package. To be consumed after cooking. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.

Cook in plenty of boiling salted water or broth for 1 minute.
