A rough and porous dough encloses all the finest ingredients required by the traditional recipe, including Parmigiano Reggiano PDO aged over 18 months, raw ham, and IGP mortadella. In our Modena Tortellini, dough and filling are perfectly balanced, and their shape perfectly resembles, just as the legend says, Venus’ navel.
Ingredients – Pasta: soft WHEAT flour 37%, EGGS 15%, durum WHEAT semolina. Filling: Parmigiano Reggiano PDO 12% (MILK, salt, rennet), Mortadella Bologna PGI 9% (pork meat, pork fat, salt, sucrose, spices, natural flavorings), cured ham (pork leg, salt), beef, pork, salt, nutmeg.
May contain traces of: tree nuts (almonds, pistachios), sesame seeds, soy, mustard, celery.
Consume by: see date on the edge of the package. Store in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days of opening. Do not pierce the package. Consume after cooking. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
Cook in plenty of boiling salted water or broth for 1 minute.
