A rough and porous pasta sheet encloses the finest ingredients specified by tradition, including Parmigiano Reggiano PDO aged over 18 months, cured ham, and IGP mortadella. In our Tortellino di Modena, pasta and filling are perfectly balanced, and their beauty recalls, just as the legend says, the navel of Venus.
Ingredients – Pasta: soft WHEAT flour 37%, EGGS 15%, durum WHEAT semolina. Filling: Parmigiano Reggiano PDO 12% (MILK, salt, rennet), Mortadella Bologna IGP 9% (pork meat, pork trimmings, salt, sucrose, spices, natural flavors), cured ham (pork leg, salt), beef, pork, salt, nutmeg.
May contain traces of: tree nuts (almonds, pistachios), sesame seeds, soy, mustard, celery.
Best before: see date indicated on the edge of the package. Store in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days of opening. Do not pierce the package. Consume after cooking. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
Cook in plenty of salted water or boiling broth for 1 minute.
