Our Tortelloni with Ricotta and Spinach are a perfect balance of delicacy. The bronze-extruded pasta, made with quality eggs and flour, meets a rich filling of ricotta and spinach.
Ingredients – Pasta: *Soft WHEAT flour, *EGGS 11%, *durum WHEAT semolina. Filling: *Ricotta 16% (WHEY, MILK cream, salt), cheeses (contains MILK, lysozyme from EGG), breadcrumbs (*soft WHEAT flour, salt), *spinach 12%, WHEY, sunflower oil, starch, vegetable fiber, salt, spices, natural flavors (MILK).
May contain traces of: tree nuts (almonds, pistachios), sesame seeds, soy, mustard, celery.
Consume by: see date indicated on the edge of the package. Store in the fridge and consume within 3 days of opening. Do not pierce the package. Consume after cooking. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
Cook in plenty of boiling salted water for 4 minutes.
