Balanzoni are a fresh pasta typical of Bologna and take their name from the famous Carnival mask. The bronze-die extruded dough is enriched with spinach, while the delicate filling contains ricotta, mortadella, and spinach.

Ingredients – Pasta: soft WHEAT flour, EGGS 11%, durum WHEAT semolina, spinach 5%. Filling: Ricotta 17% (WHEY, MILK cream, salt), Mortadella 13.5% (pork meat, pork tripe, water, starches, salt, natural flavorings, dextrose, spices); breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT flour, salt), Parmigiano Reggiano PDO (MILK, salt, rennet), salt, nutmeg.

May contain traces of: nuts (almonds, pistachios), sesame seeds, soy, mustard, celery.

Use by: see date indicated on the edge of the package. Store refrigerated and consume within 3 days after opening. Do not pierce the package. To be consumed after cooking. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.

Cook in plenty of boiling salted water for 3 minutes.
