Filling: Sheep’s ricotta (sheep’s MILK whey), Lamb 7.5% (Lamb 96%, carrots, onion, spices), breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT flour, salt), Pecorino Romano PDO (sheep’s MILK, salt), corn starch, salt, natural flavors. *Percentages expressed on the finished product.
Boil 1 litre of salted water and cook for 1 minute.
