The taste of the forest floor meets the character of cheese. The vibrant orange pasta sheet encloses an intense filling of porcini mushrooms and melted Taleggio, creating a warm and rustic combination.

Ingredients – Pasta: soft WHEAT flour, durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS 10%*, pumpkin, tomato powder. Filling: Taleggio PDO 10%* (MILK, salt, rennet), semi-finished porcini mushrooms 8%* (porcini mushrooms 90%, sunflower seed oil, salt), ricotta (WHEAT, MILK, salt), bamboo fibre, cream (MILK), grated cheese 3,8%* (MILK, salt, rennet, preservative: lysozyme from EGGS), breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT flour, salt), corn starch, salt, natural flavourings. *Percentages expressed on the finished product.

Boil 1 litre of salted water and cook for 3 minutes.
