In our Braised Beef Ravioli, a rough bronze-die extruded dough made with fresh eggs is filled with a tasty and delicious braised beef filling. The meat, slowly cooked with celery, carrot, and onions, is combined with mortadella and Parmigiano Reggiano, creating a filling perfect for all your favorite sauces.
Ingredients – Pasta: soft WHEAT flour, EGGS 9%, durum WHEAT semolina. Filling: braised meat 20% (beef, pork, carrots, onions, salt, spices), Mortadella (pork meat, pork tripe, water, starches, salt, natural flavorings, dextrose, spices), breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT flour, salt), Parmigiano Reggiano PDO (MILK, salt, rennet), salt, flavorings.
May contain traces of: nuts (almonds, pistachios), sesame seeds, soy, mustard, celery.
Use by: see date indicated on the edge of the package. Store refrigerated and consume within 3 days after opening. Do not pierce the package. To be consumed after cooking. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
Cook in plenty of boiling salted water for 4 minutes.
