Ingredients – Pasta: soft WHEAT flour 31%, EGGS 11%, durum WHEAT semolina. Filling: Ricotta 18% (WHEY, MILK, CREAM, salt), breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT flour, salt), tomato pulp 8%, Parmigiano Reggiano PDO 3% (MILK, salt, rennet), basil semi-preparation 3% (basil 75%, sunflower oil, salt), corn starch, salt, sugar.
May contain traces of: nuts (almonds, pistachios), sesame seeds, soy, mustard, celery.
Best before: see date on the edge of the package. Store in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days of opening. Do not pierce the package. Consume after cooking. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
Cook in plenty of boiling salted water for 3 minutes.
